Job Title: Registered Nurse Circulator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse Circulator to join our team at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the operating room, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, adhering to our hospital's standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and other medical needs during surgery.
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including preparing patients for surgery and providing post-operative instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration and vital signs.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Idaho.
  • 1+ year of experience in the operating room, preferably in pediatric trauma or neurosurgery.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred.
