We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Surgery Center team as a Circulator. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the operating room, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the flow of patients through the operating room
- Prepare and maintain the operating room environment to ensure a safe and efficient surgical experience
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience as an OR Circulator
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
- CNOR certification highly preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and CNOR certifications highly preferred
