Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Role Overview:

In the capacity of a Senior Business Processes Consultant, you will facilitate and enhance the SAP Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting solutions, driving improvements in our clients' operational efficiency and overall effectiveness.

This role demands a high level of expertise in SAP's technical and functional FICO capabilities, alongside a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices.

You will collaborate with clients to assess and define their business needs, processes, and objectives, thereby outlining project scopes and deliverables.

Your role will involve providing strategic guidance to clients on both long-term and short-term initiatives, recommending innovative solutions that align with the evolving needs of business and IT stakeholders.

You will also play a key role in developing tactical and strategic roadmaps for the implementation of SAP's digital solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a minimum of 8 years focused on Financial and Management Accounting.
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience in executing S/4HANA projects.
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing Financial Accounting (FI), Management Accounting (CO), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
  • In-depth knowledge of the integration of various components within the Financial Accounting (FI) module, including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), and more.
  • Strong understanding of the Management Accounting (CO) module, including Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Project Systems (PS).
  • Expertise in Advanced Credit Management, Collections and Disputes Management, and Cash Management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Business Partner concept, Bank Account Management, and Liquidity Forecasting/Planning.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori UX and working knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is preferred.
  • Understanding of Central Finance (CFIN) and the transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
  • Experience with Flexible Workflows within Financial Accounting and knowledge of CDS Views for complex reporting is desirable.
  • Strong facilitation skills for conducting interactive solution workshops.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide customer engagements in Financial and Management Accounting.
  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Treasury is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile project delivery concepts and SAP Activate Project Management methodology is preferred.
