Job Summary:
SBM Management Services is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of commercial and office spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Vacuuming, mopping, extraction (wet/dry), carpet spot removal, and moving furniture as needed.
- Communication: Communicating with customers to ensure their expectations are met and providing updates on progress or any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Floor Technician or in a related field.
- Experience in the janitorial industry and proficiency in operating a floor scrubber.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Experience with side-by-side machines and floor scrubbers.
- Custodial experience.
Work Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM.
Compensation: $7.25 to $16.00 per hour.
