We are in search of a skilled Intermediate Civil and Structural Engineer to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in civil and structural engineering, demonstrating a successful history of managing projects from initial concept through to completion. This role involves leading design initiatives, overseeing project teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the design and evaluation of civil and structural projects, encompassing buildings, bridges, and infrastructure.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets to align with client expectations.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing essential technical support.
- Examine and validate engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or ETABS.
- Strong leadership capabilities and project management expertise.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience in seismic design and analysis.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Prior involvement in transportation or infrastructure projects.
