Compensation Package

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
  • Design and implement manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures to achieve manufacturing goals.
  • Use SolidWorks or similar CAD software to design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to improve product design for ease of manufacturing and assembly.
  • Develop and implement CNC programs for production machinery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Proven experience with Process Development and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
  • Extensive knowledge of CNC operation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and experience with quality management systems is preferred.
