Key Responsibilities- Establish Charles Taylor Environmental as a leading Remediation, Abatement, and Assessments services brand
- Develop, implement, and execute a local multi-year sales strategy targeting Pre and Post Assessments relationships of substantial scale
- Develop and execute multi-channel sales campaigns leveraging cold calling, social media, in-person sales events, and general/industry marketing events
- Build strategic and targeted relationships that drive revenue growth
- Partner with Charles Taylor Environmental team SMEs to leverage their technical expertise and industry insights to influence and close new opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the Building, Construction, Property Management, Real Estate, Insurance, or Environmental space. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The candidate will also have a strong understanding of environmental sampling, consulting, remediation, abatement, and assessments protocols, as well as the ability to see market trends and tie them back to strategy and action plans.
