Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician at Behavior Consultation and Psychological Services, PLLC.

This role will involve providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children in a home-based setting, working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children achieve their goals and master new skills. You will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for ongoing training, supervision, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a home-based setting
  • Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and mentoring
