Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ochsner Health. As an LPN in our ENT Clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients, including administering IV therapy and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Assist with patient education and support, promoting a positive patient experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred: IV therapy credentials.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and delegation skills, with the ability to maintain confidential information.
