Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Southern Physical Therapy Clinic. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with a diverse caseload of pediatric patients, providing individualized therapy sessions to help them achieve their communication and language goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with a range of communication and language disorders
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to promote patient progress and achievement of goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and families
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Eligible for Mississippi state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Open to all experience levels, including new grad SLPs
  • Full-time availability preferred, but part-time and/or PRN candidates with 16 hours and two weekdays of availability per week will also be considered
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience, with a brand-new grad expecting to receive an hourly rate in the ballpark of $32 per hour. Our compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired. We also offer a bonus program available based on individual performance, as well as benefits including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a retirement plan. Professional development is encouraged and includes reimbursement for CEUs.
