We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily food production, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily food production, including production planning and controls.
  • Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards, including recipe compliance and food quality.
  • Manage food costing, controls, and compliance.
  • Develop and train Airmen to meet the highest standards of customer service and quality of food.
  • Collaborate with the client and Airmen to innovate and create dining experiences.
Requirements
  • A strong culinary background and Culinary Degree or Certification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume facility.
  • Strong management and relationship-building skills.
  • ServSafe certification is required.
