Optum WA, a clinician-led care organization, is seeking a Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine Physician to join our team in Everett, WA.

About the Role:

  • Join a multi-specialty group of over 600 providers in primary care and specialty medicine.
  • Focus on Pulmonary/Sleep patients with no critical care coverage in the hospital.
  • Enjoy a diverse practice of sleep and pulmonary work with 18-20 patients per day.
  • Option for a 4-day work week and a $40,000 starting bonus.

Requirements:

  • Board certified in Pulmonology at the time of employment.
  • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment.
  • Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine.
  • Board eligible in Sleep Medicine at the time of employment.
  • Proficiency in EPIC EMR.

Washington Residents Only:

The salary range for Washington residents is $317,883 to $505,629 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
