Key Responsibilities:
First Point of Contact:
Serve as the welcoming face our clients encounter upon arrival and the comforting voice they hear over the phone.
Client Engagement:
Warmly greet clients and their pets, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from their arrival until their departure.
Appointment Management:
Skillfully handle scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders to ensure our operations run seamlessly.
Effective Communicator:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally, providing clients with accurate information and support.
Record Management:
Accurately maintain and update client and patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.
Client Support:
Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
Collaborative Team Member:
Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and other staff to deliver outstanding service.
Product Knowledge Advocate:
Inform clients about our services and products, including preventative care, nutrition, and wellness plans.
Qualifications:
Passion for Animals:
A genuine love for pets and their welfare.
Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to clients and colleagues.
Multitasking Skills:
Capability to manage various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail:
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Technologically Proficient:
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software; experience with Avimark is a plus.
Customer Service Experience:
Previous experience in a veterinary customer service role is preferred.
Positive Demeanor:
A friendly, upbeat personality with a proactive attitude.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work weekends as necessary (on a rotating basis).
