Senior Industrial Security Representative/ Facility Security Officer

The Leidos team is seeking a skilled Senior Industrial Security Representative/ Facility Security Officer to support our ongoing projects. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for safeguarding classified information and equipment, managing clearance prescreening, verification, and maintenance, and implementing security policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct security self-inspections, apply risk mitigation methodologies, and support customer assessments.
- Maintain personnel security databases to track new employee security clearance actions and annual security training completion status.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as government customers, oversight authorities, and Leidos security professionals.
- Document compliance activities in accordance with governing authority-approved authorization packages.
- Ensure cleared personnel complete and maintain required security education and training.
- Conduct customer-required inspections of Open Storage Spaces (OSS) and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer and/or CPSO, with a working knowledge of NISPOM and other relevant DoD security guidance.
- Active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI access with a CI poly.
