Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and research to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account the diverse needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in patient care.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, compassion, and respect among colleagues.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
  • Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support.
  • Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements.
