  • Assist guests with any inquiries or needs they may have during their visit.
  • Efficiently manage GC On the Go To-Go orders.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when communicating over the phone.
  • Accurately process payments and transactions.
  • Understand and adhere to responsibilities related to timely service delivery.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the daily buffet offerings, menu items, and pricing.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
  • Ensure the vestibule, host/cashier area, and adjacent spaces are organized and clean.
  • Assist in setting up the buffet and ensuring all labels are accurate. Regularly clean buffets and surrounding areas.
  • Comply with local health regulations and standards.
  • Follow the duty roster to uphold cleanliness, service, and quality benchmarks.
Operational Integrity:
  • Keep the cashier drawer at minimal cash levels to promote a secure working environment.
  • Ensure that the cash drawer balances with the daily financial documentation.
