Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced FPGA and PCB Design Engineer to join our Advanced Lasercom Systems and Operations Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital design, layout, simulation, implementation, testing, and verification of hardware for high-speed optical communications systems and precision tracking systems. You will collaborate closely with system engineers, optical engineers, and software developers to develop and implement high-speed digital signal processing and control systems supporting optical communications systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement high-speed digital signal processing and control systems.
    • Develop and drive project schedules in collaboration with management.
    • Interface with stakeholders to understand and influence requirements, and present progress periodically.
    • Oversee board bring-up activities, system level integration, verification, troubleshooting, and field testing.
