Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Construction Project Leader to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality assurance protocols on the construction site, as safety is a fundamental value.
- Actively engage in bidding processes and pre-construction activities.
- Foster open and confident communication with all stakeholders, building trust and rapport with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee the performance of project support personnel, including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Field Superintendents, and administrative staff.
- Maintain strict budget control and ensure projects are completed on schedule while ensuring profitability.
- Execute contracts and purchase orders, and approve invoices and change requests from subcontractors.
- Negotiate contract modifications with clients.
- Complete project close-out requirements and secure final payments.
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to support their career advancement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction operations, specifically in managing distribution center or light industrial manufacturing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Strong leadership qualities with a drive for excellence and high standards.
- Effective communication skills to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and present proposals confidently.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in creating critical path project schedules using scheduling software, specifically Primavera v6.
