Job Summary:

As a Computed Tomography Technologist at Christus Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of imaging procedures, including CT scans, to help diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our patients receive accurate and timely diagnoses, enabling our medical team to provide the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures to obtain high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in CT scanning or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Work Schedule:
7PM - 7AM
