To-Go Specialist

We are looking for a skilled To Go Specialist to join our team at Bricktown Brewery Restaurants. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all carry out orders are prepared and delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

• Fulfillment of Carry Out Orders: Prepare and package all carry out orders quickly and efficiently, ensuring that orders are accurate and complete.
  
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their orders.
  
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations to ensure that all necessary items are available for carry out orders.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
  
• Physical Demands: Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length, including standing, walking, and lifting.
  
• Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
