**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team at Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. in Syracuse, NY. As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will assist Engineers with answering electrical questions, design and troubleshoot control circuits, and test new vendor parts.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist Engineers with answering electrical questions regarding manufacturing, sales, service, purchasing, engineering, and R&D related to Cryomech products.
* Assist Engineers with the design/troubleshoot/test of new control circuits.
* Test/troubleshoot new vendor parts.
* Prepare work instructions related to electrical controls.
* Support RoHS compliance.
* Train new and existing employees on electrical equipment.
* Act as backup contact for power/electrical systems.

**Requirements**

* In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in software development preferred.
* Hands-on experience with PLC programming/troubleshooting.
* Experience working with regulatory standards such as IEC, UL, NEC, and CE.
