- Administer clinic and Innovacare Health policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Operate diagnostic equipment, perform venipuncture, and collect blood specimens, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with scribing, case management, and quality control checks, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, venipuncture techniques, and electronic health records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and use fine motor skills to operate equipment.
- Preferred: Bilingual in English/Spanish, Certified in AED and CPR, and at least 5 years of experience as a certified medical assistant.
