We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and helping us grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Bilingual - Spanish required, with excellent language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain), with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
