Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with our clients in Gloucester County, New Jersey. As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties in clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Document client progress and services provided using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

Requirements:

  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
