Position Overview: Elevate Your Career

The Key Carrier Coordinator position represents a significant advancement from the standard Coordinator role. Key Carriers primarily fulfill Coordinator responsibilities while also stepping into a leadership capacity as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of all store functions.   • Ensures Associates comply with all operational protocols
  • Oversees the execution of opening and closing procedures in line with company standards
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with management and Associates regarding priorities and progress updates
  • Offers and welcomes recognition and constructive feedback
  • Provides guidance, recognition, and coaching to Associates
  • Collaborates with Management to identify Associate training needs for improved effectiveness
  • Ensures compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promotes credit and loyalty initiatives
  • Supports and engages in shrink reduction strategies and programs

Ideal Candidate Profile: You

  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • A collaborative team player, effectively engaging with peers and supervisors
  • Able to adapt promptly to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Familiar with company standard software, systems, and procedures
  • Understanding of merchandise flow within retail environments
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of effectively coaching, delegating, and following up on multiple tasks
  • Able to respond swiftly under challenging circumstances
  • Proficient in multitasking
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Minimum of 1 year in retail, with at least 6 months in a leadership capacity

The starting pay for this position ranges from $16.35 to $16.85 per hour, determined by various factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
