About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development CAD Technician to join our team at TranSystems Corporation. As a key member of our civil engineering team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of site construction plans and related construction documents for various projects in the private, state, municipal, and federal sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality civil-related plans and drawings
  • Perform accurate calculations in support of development plan-related drawings
  • Conduct research on zoning, legal, and land record data
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' recent experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience researching and interpreting land development codes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability to changing software and hardware platforms
