Responsibilities- Assist surveyors, engineers, and technicians in developing survey plats, base maps, and construction documents for various projects.
- Produce accurate maps and drawings.
- Conduct research on legal and land record data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as required or requested by management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with AutoCAD, with Carlson experience a plus.
- Experience processing survey field data and developing drawings for survey projects.
- Knowledge of Florida Chapter 472 and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys mapping requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Work in an indoor environment 95% of the time.
- Moderate noise level.
- Site visits and map checks.
- Hybrid work environment.
