Responsibilities
  • Assist surveyors, engineers, and technicians in developing survey plats, base maps, and construction documents for various projects.
  • Produce accurate maps and drawings.
  • Conduct research on legal and land record data.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as required or requested by management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with AutoCAD, with Carlson experience a plus.
  • Experience processing survey field data and developing drawings for survey projects.
  • Knowledge of Florida Chapter 472 and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys mapping requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work in an indoor environment 95% of the time.
