Job Description

This Clinical Research Coordinator I role at Flourish Research involves working closely with Investigators to execute clinical research trials according to established guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing study protocol procedures in a detailed and organized manner
  • Performing human specimen lab draws and processing
  • Creating and completing study source documents and adverse event reporting
  • Maintaining study-specific files and supplies
  • Communicating with the Study Sponsor/CRO regarding study-specific questions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Phlebotomy experience is required; EKG or other patient labs/processes preferred
  • Preferably 1+ year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
  • Familiarity with e-source reporting via an electronic platform
  • Clear understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. Overtime compensation is available for weekend, evening, or early morning work as needed.
