Join Our Team as a Clinical Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our team at Evolution Research Group in San Antonio, TX.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent and one year of clinical experience.
  • CPR certification is required, and phlebotomy certification (national) is preferred.
  • The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with healthcare providers, colleagues, and study participants.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with the conduct of clinical trials by providing direct care to research subjects while they are housed on our unit.
  2. Collect biological samples, perform venipuncture, electrocardiograms, and other related tasks as directed by physician orders.
  3. Maintain accurate documentation of subject charts and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  4. Collaborate with the clinical trial team to ensure smooth trial execution and quality data collection.
