Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting providers and patients during their clinic visits. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring clinic schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Greeting and guiding patients to their examination room
  • Collecting pertinent medical information for their health records
  • Coordinating and communicating with other members of the healthcare team, including nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and physicians
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service, public relations, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritize and work with a fluctuation in workload while working independently
  • Demonstrated ability to follow protocol-specific care delivery expectations
