We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Barista to join our team at The Lismore Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages.

• Prepare beverages requested by customers or servers according to procedures and in a timely manner.
• Enter orders into a computerized system and settle checks upon completion of an order.
• Perform pre and post-shift side work, including stocking service stations and making coffee.
• Maintain a clean work area that adheres to health and safety standards.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, positive, and professional attitude to customers and guests.
• Set up the front bar and back bar according to established procedures.
• Present a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
