Job Overview

The Distribution Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of a warehouse operation, ensuring inventory accuracy, quality standards, and effective use of staff. This position is responsible for managing inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational efficiency and ensure work completion in an operational area
  • Track and maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards
  • Manage inbound and outbound flow activities, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Assist in running temporary Daylight sort operations
Requirements

This is an onsite role, requiring the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Pay Rate: $29.90/hr. on W2 (all inclusive)

Duration: 3 month(s)

Location: NEW STANTON PA

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Working days: Monday - Friday
