Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Cardiac Consult office in Lancaster. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients while leading the Diabetes clinic flow team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient's general condition and take vital signs and weight
  • Train and mentor LPNs and MAs
  • Provide input for LPN/MA performance reviews and conduct reviews in conjunction with the clinical coordinator
  • Administer IV fluids under the direction of an RN
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
