Your Role as a Trauma Care Registered Nurse
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to patients experiencing a range of conditions, from minor injuries to critical illnesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple patient cases while prioritizing care needs effectively.
- Providing follow-up care instructions and making necessary referrals.
- Coordinating with physicians and various hospital departments, maintaining a patient-centered and safety-focused approach.
- Achieving certification as an Emergency Nurse Pediatric within the initial employment period.
- Having prior experience in a high-acuity emergency department is preferred.
