Job Summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Imaging Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced radiology environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support during imaging procedures, including LexiScan stress tests, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, and Catheterization for imaging studies.
  • Perform IR dressing changes, IV starts, and other medical procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification.
  • 1 year of experience in a radiology or imaging environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in cardiac and medical imaging.
  • ACLS certification.
