Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analysis and make compensation offer recommendations for open jobs in partnership with managers, recruiting team, and HR Business Partners
  • Make recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions

  • Manage annual focal review and planning process through Workday compensation module
  • Lead the annual and quarterly compensation survey submission process

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in broad-based compensation programs, preferably with global experience

  • Ability to multi-task, maintain organized work processes, manage several projects, and files simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
