About the Role
This is a travel nursing opportunity that offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications as ordered and document accordingly
- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures
- Share on-call responsibilities and respond to emergencies in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adequate stock of supplies
- Transport patients as needed
Requirements
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Cardiovascular Operating Room setting
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
- PC skills and physical abilities to perform the duties of the role
