We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in a part-time, 0.50 FTE, day position. The estimated salary for this role is $27.47 - $41.21 per hour.
About the Role:
- Under the supervision of an RN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, as directed by physicians and other healthcare providers.
- You will be responsible for implementing and evaluating patient care plans, providing focused systems and wound assessment, and documenting patient care in health records.
- This role requires effective communication skills, particularly when working with individuals diagnosed with mental and behavioral disorders.
Requirements:
- A graduate of an accredited State Board of Nursing LPN Program.
- Registered as a LPN with the state of Oregon.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- A valid Drivers License and proof of Insurance.
