Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting health and wellness in our communities.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care services, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
  • Implement company initiatives to increase profitability and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) certification.
  • Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
  • Certified Immunizer preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules.

The pay range is $57.00 to $72.10 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
