Electrical Project Lead

Stadler US is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, production documentation, and testing protocols
  • Coordinate supply chain for project-related mock-ups and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet customer standards
  • Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) at suppliers' sites and evaluate Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management
  • Strong leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and business fluency in English
  • Experience with electrical design software, such as Catia V5, and PLM systems
