We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while contributing to sound financial decision-making.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends in financial data.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support operational planning.
- Assist in the preparation of audit materials and respond to inquiries from auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum four years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
