Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and conversion: Maximize sales opportunities by diligently following up with leads.
  • Client relationships: Understand clients' needs to generate more sales opportunities.
  • Buyer seller consultations: Match clients with their dream homes through insightful consultations.
  • Listings showcase: Host open houses to attract prospective buyers and showcase our listings.
  • Transaction management: Oversee property transactions for a smooth and quick experience for all parties.
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience (preferred): While preferred, prior sales experience is not mandatory.
  • Tech-savviness: Embrace new tools and platforms in the tech-savvy world of real estate.
  • Exceptional communication networking: Master the art of communication, negotiation, and networking.
  • Driven motivation: Show self-motivation, drive, and readiness to conquer challenges.
  • Organized time management: Keep things organized and excel at time management.
  • A valid Real Estate License: A valid Real Estate License is required.
What We Offer
  • An estimated annual salary range: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21
