About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at HighPoint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain software systems to meet business requirements for security, scalability, and performance.
  • Provide technical direction on design considerations and write APIs for integration.
  • Analyze solution performance, utilization, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
  • Experience with development tools and systems integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
