Actuarial Leadership Development Program Overview

MassMutual is seeking an experienced Actuarial Associate to join our Actuarial Leadership Development Program (ALDP). This rotational program provides a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain technical knowledge, and build relationships within the organization.

The Program

  • Rotations: Engage in meaningful work across various business lines and actuarial functions.
  • Mentors: Receive guidance and support from experienced mentors.
  • Meaningful Projects: Apply your knowledge and skills to high-profile projects.
  • Networking Opportunities: Interact with senior actuaries and participate in executive speaker series.
  • Learning and Development: Engage in corporate learning programs and external seminars.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in community volunteer opportunities.

Requirements

  • BA or BS with a quantitative focus.
  • Must have passed at least 4 or more actuarial exams.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an actuarial related position.
