Job Description:

ECS Limited is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for a portfolio of DARPA programs in the areas of quantum sensing, positioning, navigation, and timing, and communications.

The successful candidate will act as the action officer and organizational hub of a dynamic, multi-functional team. You will be responsible for tracking and managing multiple research efforts, facilitating team activities, and coordinating test events. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Required Skills:

  • Active DoD SECRET Clearance
  • US citizenship required per contract
  • Conversant in topics related to quantum science, photonics, or microfabrication
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Minimum of two years' experience in program or project management
  • Successful experience tracking and coordinating tasks, deliverables, and testing events
  • Excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to perform proof reading and quality control on technical documents and slides
  • Excellent communication skills - both written (to include PowerPoint) and oral; must be able to concisely summarize and efficiently communicate the essential elements of a concept quantitatively and comprehensively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project

Desired Skills:

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Prior experience with DoD research and development is highly desirable
