Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion Services

ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Services team in Newark, Delaware.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our outpatient infusion center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from adolescents to geriatric individuals, and provide a range of professional services, including infusion and transfusion therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments to patients in a comfortable and safe environment
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on infusion therapy and related topics
  • Float to our Wilmington campus Infusion suite as needed
Requirements:
  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
  • At least two years of Acute Care experience required
  • Previous critical care or procedural area experience preferred
  • Previous RN Infusion experience preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • Chemo certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
