Job Title: Warehouse Associate

CoreWeave is a leading provider of cloud-based services for AI and data centers. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of inventory and orders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations and meet productivity goals.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, with a focus on safety and ergonomics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Operate a pallet jack with proficiency, ensuring safe and efficient movement of inventory.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, which may include working beyond the standard 9 AM - 5 PM time frame, as needed.
  • Utilize personal vehicle or reliable transportation to travel between job sites, as required.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to track inventory and orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with some days requiring work beyond 5 PM.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at one time, with a focus on safety and ergonomics.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle or access to reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized warehouse, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Prior experience with pallet jack operation is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Hardworking and dedicated team player, with a commitment to putting the team's goals and success first.
