The Construction Laborer will be responsible for operating and maintaining various tools and equipment, loading and unloading heavy materials, and following directions from supervisors and fusion technicians. To succeed in this role, you should be physically fit, reliable, and a hard worker. Traveling 100% of the time is required.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and care for construction equipment, tools, and machines.
  • Support equipment operators, fusion technicians, and other skilled labor when necessary.
  • Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
  • Move tools, generators, etc. around the location and into trenches.
  • Load or unload construction materials.
  • Dig trenches and around buried piping.
  • Remove, fill, or compact earth.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Be ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
  • Perform site clean-up.
  • Clean, inventory, and put away tools and equipment.
  • Perform PM on equipment.
  • Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Background Check.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous tasks.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Experience in construction environments is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary of $21.25-$24.75 per hour + $100 per day per diem. Additionally, benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, referral program, vision insurance, and schedule flexibility.
