Job Description

Our company is a chemical re-packaging facility where bulk chemicals, both liquid and powder, are re-packaged into smaller sizes as per client requests. This role requires extensive manual labor and adherence to very structured documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and document the use of bottling and packaging equipment.
• Perform extensive manual labor tasks.
• Follow GMP protocols and maintain clean room standards.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and write English.
• Experience with assembly, production, machine operation, forklift operation, and inspection.
• Must have good tenure, with at least one year or extended tenure in their career.
• Ability to lift 40-75 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required for some departments, while others prefer it.
• No contact lenses; must have prescription safety glasses if needed.

Work Environment

The work environment is temperature-controlled, but workers will be required to wear full clean room attire, which can get hot. Clean room attire includes beard nets, hair nets, smocks, and shoe covers, all provided by the company. PPE such as steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required; prescription safety glasses must be provided by the employee if needed. There are no shift premiums. Shifts include 4x10s from Monday to Thursday, 1st and 2nd shift, 2x2x3 12-hour shifts, and a weekend shift (1st shift only) from 6 AM to 6 PM, Friday to Sunday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, Kentucky.

The pay range for this position is $21.06 - $21.06
