Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and processing of essential documents, including:
    • Project Bidding
    • Subcontracts and related exhibits
    • Work orders, purchase orders, and change orders
    • Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals
    • Construction drawings and plan room documentation
    • Safety manuals and project guidelines for superintendents
    • Management of subcontractor relationships and communications
    • Licensing requirements
  • Ensuring the acquisition and renewal of business and contractor licenses
  • Engaging with subcontractors for outreach and communication
  • Additional tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction sector as part of a corporate team.
    • Background in multifamily housing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of MBE/WBE, prevailing wage regulations, insurance requirements, and energy efficiency documentation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to perform Internet-based research effectively.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience with SmartBid and Condoc software

Documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States is required.
